Tolliny is an Author and Instructor who hosted Northwest Florida's top rated radio show "Silverlinings Today" which aired on Smooth 97.3 The Bay. With many years of experience, Tolliny is a former certified Personal Enrichment Life Coach. With over 25 years in direct sales and marketing, she has owned and partnered in several successful businesses. She is passionate about encouraging others towards their destiny; in doing so she provides a great mixture of practicality, wisdom, and humor in her sessions. She values being able to teach, train, and activate others as they navigate through life's challenging times.
She has strong personal values in her Christian faith. In 2015 she received her Doctorate in Christian Theology. She specializes in assisting others with identity, purpose, and authenticity. Her personal mantra speaks volumes as it is a reminder to herself and others to "Be impactful, be amazing, simply be yourself."
As an Instructor, Tolliny loves teaching, leading Cultural Diversity lectures, along with hosting Diversity and Self-care workshops. As an Adjunct Professor at Northwest Florida State College since 2016, she's taught her own original, personal development courses. She is the author of the three books; 28 Ways To A Better You: A Companion Guide to Exploring the Benefits of Self-Care and I'm Amazing and Let's Pick A Fish and the Co-Author of 28 Pitfalls Of A Man; A Practical Handbook Confronting Traps Every Man Will Face. She Founded Visits with Rodney, currently a local small group that uplifts and assists in the rebuilding of families and spouses impacted by the effects of incarcerated loved ones, she is passionate about seeing true restoration among them. She is the Co-Founder of Redemption 100, a Florida nonprofit corporation which assists in providing materials, workshops and speaker series to Statewide and National Re-Entry Programs at Correctional Institutions. She is a member and activist of Statewide and National organizations concerning prison reform and social justice. She also serves on the Board of Directors for The Florida Restorative Justice Association. She believes faith in God, family support and a daily application of resilience have been the keys of success in her life.
